Transforming displays

Our creative 3D engineering studio can take flat sheets of cardboard and create bespoke 3D structures to meet almost any design brief. The possibilities of what we can create are truly endless. This 8ft tall Transformer was made from FSC E flute corrugated board and cut using a precision CNC cutting machine, creased and assembled by skilled hands at Opus.

These eco-friendly and economically cost-effective creations are the perfect alternative solution to fabricated models. And of course, we can print on these prior to construction and they can be customised in design and size to meet your needs.

A display like this can be shipped in sections; the torso, legs, arms and head can be easily assembled on site following a simple instruction sheet.

Large models are lightweight, but can also be made with flaps to the back of the legs to add sand or weights for stability. Motion sensors, LED lights and mini speakers can also be fitted to add more theatre to the display.

Life-size models

Through creative ideas and the use of computer aided design, we are able to breathe life into 3D designs to elevate in-store displays to the next level. These models are made from an FSC endorsed folding box board and cut using a precision CNC cutting machine.

The people models look fantastic in the clean box board, but imagine what they could look like in your branded clothing, sports shirts or in this season's colours? Accessories can also be added and tested at the concept stage.

The models can be created to any size required. LED’s can also be added to bring the display to life. They are fully assembled at Opus, ready for transportation to their new home.

As part of the production and approval process, 3D rendered 360 degree videos can be produced for client approval, rather than cutting a prototype. If production time allows, we can supply both.

These beautiful life-sized models are lightweight (and suitable for hanging from a ceiling), but they can also be made with hidden flaps to add weight or a discreet stand or base for stability.
